I’m Billy Cannon — owner, head bbq master and proud BBQ dad behind Billy’s BBQ. This whole smoky adventure started 11 years ago when I fired up the smoker for my daughters’ soccer and softball concession stands. What began as pulled pork for the sidelines has grown into a full-blown passion — and now a food truck serving all over Central Kentucky!

We’ve catered everything from birthday bashes to work parties to graduation celebrations, and now we’re bringing Billy’s BBQ to YOU — wherever the smoke rolls and the flavor calls.
